So makeup is NOT my forte… but I love it. I love to experiment with makeup, and make myself look different. I have learnt a LOT of tricks over the years as a wardrobe stylist, from my lovely makeup artist friends.
Although I am not as fabulous as them and never will be, I wanted to start documenting some of my makeup looks and start to experiment with you.
Look 1… I am going El Natural… basically because I have NO clue what I am doing.
Here are the products I used:
FOUNDATION: CHANEL – PERFECTION LUMIÈRE #40 BRUSH: REAL TECHNIQUES – EXPERT FACE BRUSH
BRONZE: CHANEL – LES BEIGES #40 BRUSH: REAL TECHNIQUES – BLUSH BRUSH
PENCIL: MAC – SPIKED SPOOLIE: N/A
LIPSTICK: CHANEL – ROUGE ALLUE 108
A ‘natural’ glow.
I have been looking for a new summer shoe, and have had my eyes on the Chanel espadrilles for a long time.
They are the perfect summer shoe… wear them with jeans and t-shirt, bikini or summer dress.
Now I just need to save my pennies as these puppies have a price tag.
So I received an e-mail from Pinterest the other day, about how nail art is trending. After seeing the e-mail I started to notice on my days out that nail art is trending, on the hands of old and young alike.
I have tried to do some nail art before, and failed drastically so I tend to stick to the, boring one color (fav color… Chanel Black Pearl). However I do think nail art is super cool and would love to practice again.
So after searching I came across a blog called ‘nailed it’ (www.blognailedit.co), there are so many different styles of nails for you to try out along with step by steps.
My goal is to follow at least a few of these nail tutorials, to jazz up my summer wardrobe.
How do you wear your nails?
Getting fit and in shape, has always been a great problem for me, because…. I’M LAZY!
I would much prefer to snuggle with my puppy, under a blanket watching a movie, with a massive bowl of popcorn.
I also hate gyms… HATE them! Well unless there is a pool or a sauna where I can lounge around.
However summer is here, and I have yet again sworn to myself to get in shape. My main goal: toning that BOOTAY!
I have watched numerous youtube videos and hated them. However I think I have found one that fits me. After watching these videos (and working out of course) I do feel a little bit fitter … but more importantly MOTIVATED to work out more.
Check out some of their video’s at: https://www.youtube.com/user/FitnessBlender/featured
My fav is the 100 rep squat challenge.
So if your like me… lazy, lazy, lazy! Search and explore different avenues of working out, you just might not have found the right fit yet.
